​The Florida Center to Advance Justice is closely monitoring the development of legal marijuana sales in the states that allow medical and/or recreational use, and how the states are generating revenue from sales and licensing. Naturally, of particular interest is how Florida's revenue will be impacted by its new medical marijuana market, and by the possibility of recreational use if it is legalized in the future.

The FCAJ has compiled detailed information from all the states that have legalized marijuana for medical and/or recreational use, and has put it all in one place for easy reference. Here you will find a detailed spreadsheet showing state-by-state information, plus two overview documents with background information and recommendations. The center is freely providing all these documents for viewing and download. We believe they represent the most up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the topic that will be available through any source.
